From August 10 - September 2 Tayzie Dockside will be collecting empty alcohol bottles and cans for a small fee. Containers will be donated back to alcohol vendors to be safely disposed of, and all proceeds will be donated to Zero Waste Canada.
All pick-up is free!
Labor Day Weekend (Sept 3-Sept 6) Tayzie Dockside will have collection bins at Walker Point Marina: 1035 Marina Rd, Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1R2
The same policies apply for all bins.
If interested in an empty alcohol container pickup, please contact through the form below.
1. Rinse and organize containers prior to pickup
2. Separate the different types of containers:
-cans
- wine/liquor bottles from beer bottles
- beer bottles by brown, green, and clear glass
